TWEHA PanelMate is a homogenous, highly elastic, one-component high-end hybrid-polymer smooth adhesive, and specially designed for use with various panels and wall cladding materials, such as high-pressure laminate (HPL), porous substrates, fiber cement boards (FCB), etc..
Its unique formulation provides the highest values for adhesion, tensile and shear strength. The use of an aggressive adhesive primer is unnecessary, which results in significant savings in time and money.
The complete TWEHA Bonding System combines TWEHA PanelMate, TWEHA Cleaner+ and TWEHA Tape, supplemented where required with products such as TWEHA SyntheticPrimer or TWEHA Primer #1 or TWEHA Blacken. Surface finishes such as powder coatings must always be checked against the applicable TWEHA approval or tested before use. Always refer to the applicable Technical Data Sheets and the current list of tested and approved substrates. Compatibility must always be verified for the specific supporting structure.

Yes. PanelMate is a one-component, moisture-curing SMP/hybrid-polymer adhesive specifically developed for façade bonding.
After positioning the panel, the adhesive bead should be approximately 12 mm wide × 3 mm thick.
