Eliminates the need for screws or rivets, allowing panels to maintain a clean and seamless architectural appearance.
TWEHA 90nine
Sprayable and brush able hybrid technology for large surfaces
TWEHA 90-nine is an innovative, low-viscosity one-component MS Hybrid polymer adhesive and sealant, specifically developed for sprayable and brush able applications. It combines efficient application with permanent elasticity and a broad adhesion spectrum, making it ideal for larger surfaces and demanding construction and industrial applications.
The moisture-curing formulation is solvent-, isocyanate- and silicone-free, odorless and non-corrosive to metals. After curing, TWEHA 90-nine forms a durable, flexible and weather-resistant layer with excellent resistance to moisture, UV exposure, ageing and mechanical vibration.
Highly porous substrates should be pre-treated with TWEHA PreFix X-tra. All surfaces must be clean, stable, grease- and dust-free before application.

Designed for performance and efficiency
Engineered for reliable bonding

TWEHA 90-nine is particularly suitable for:
TWEHA 90-nine is suitable for full-surface bonding, elastic sealing, waterproofing, protective coatings and acoustic damping. Typical applications include large panels, brick slips, material junctions, gaps and seams, metal constructions, sanitary areas, transport applications and building components requiring durable air- or watertight protection.
It can be applied by compressed-air spray gun, brush or roller, allowing the required layer thickness and surface texture to be created easily.
A complete bonding system
All TWEHA products are part of the Tweha Bonding System. Always refer to the Technical Data Sheets and approved substrate lists for correct system application.
Technical questions

90-nine is a low-viscosity, one-component MS Hybrid-polymer adhesive and sealant designed for sprayable and brushable applications.
Yes. Its low viscosity has been specifically developed for efficient spray application over larger surfaces.
Yes. Depending on the application, 90-nine can be sprayed or brush-applied.
It is intended for professional bonding, mounting and sealing applications where a low-viscosity, easily spread adhesive is required.
No. Structural façade panels should be bonded with the dedicated TWEHA Mate system selected for the specific panel material.

More efficient, more economical
Compared to traditional mechanical fixation systems, TWEHA Bonding Systems can reduce installation costs by up to 40%.
Faster installation, fewer components, and no visible fixings result in both economic and aesthetic advantages.
